Return Policy

Upon receipt of your order, please check your merchandise thoroughly. 
If your items are defective or were damaged during shipping, please contact customer service directly within 14 calendar days at 


After this period a 20% restocking fee will apply. Once customer service is contacted, we will arrange to have your merchandise returned. 

All items shipped by truck freight must be inspected at the point of delivery. Any visible or concealed damage must be immediately logged with the driver in order to process a claim. 

A Return Authorization must be issued through customer service before any merchandise is returned. 

Merchandise must be unused and in original condition. 

Please include all original packaging materials, accessories and manuals. 

Pending inspection, an exchange, credit will be issued based on the item value. 

Return shipping costs on product outside the scope of damages and defects are the customer's responsibility. 

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
